A few notes on “Conspiracies”

Jeremiah 11:9-10…

“And the LORD said unto me, A conspiracy is found among the men of Judah, and among the inhabitants of Jerusalem. They are turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, which refused to hear my words; and they went after other gods to serve them: the house of Israel and the house of Judah”

Conspiracy

From “Webster’s Dictionary”
conspire: Pronunciation: \kən-ˈspī(-ə)r\
Function: verb

Inflected Form(s): con·spired; con·spir·ing
transitive verb
: plot, contrive
1.  to join in a secret agreement to do an unlawful or wrongful act
2.  to act in harmony toward a common end

As for definition 2… most people think of a conspiracy as being a plot to do evil. Personally, I have never heard the term used in a positive way.

The first conspiracy took place in Heaven as Lucifer and his minions plotted to overthrow God.

The first earthly conspiracy, however, took place in the Garden of Eden and wouldn’t you know it, involved one of the characters in the aforementioned plot… a repeated act against God by Lucifier (aka Satan) involving the woman Eve, and the first man, Adam.

Quoting the Bible is one thing, misquoting it is another.

Given your methods on the use of Scripture as precedent, the sexual deviancy at Sodom and Gemorrah is par for the course sexual activity within the United States. Everyone’s a buggerer because the Bible mentioned it!

The thing is, in whom is your trust?

Given the nature of the outlandish conspiracy theories in your weblog, you apparently have more faith in hidden groups, secret societies, and conspirators of every stripe that prevent the “everyman” from knowing the “truth.”

Are you aware of what kind of incredibly huge apparatus that would have to be in place just to keep the lid on ONE conspiracy? Not only would this be huge, it would require 100% complete cooperation and flawless execution involving impeccable clairvoyance and timely understanding of the immediate situation by everyone involved in it.

Ever hear of “Watergate?” Clearly, one conspiracy of a sitting U.S. President couldn’t even be handled!

Then again, the Bible is a spiritual book. It is God’s love letter to people that love Him and follow His commandments. It is easy to misquote something when you are reading other peoples’ mail!

There are plenty of things that have been covered up for ages. The Manhattan Project wasn’t common knowledge until decades later. We still don’t have the truth about the JFK assassination or what was found at Roswell. Secrets are easy to keep when those involved have had their lives or those of their family members threatened. I have experienced this personally so it’s not a leap of faith to believe that it happens. Read the disclaimer for the purpose of this blog.
